Ananta Capital appoints Ankit Kapoor as Operating Partner and Chief Marketing Officer

Ananta Capital has announced the latest appointment of Ankit Kapoor as Operating Partner and Chief Marketing Officer. In his new role, Kapoor will be responsible for leading brand strategy and communication across Ananta brands spanning Bella Vita Organic, GNC, Guardian Retail, Bevzilla beverages and other fast – growing portfolio brands. Bella Vita Organic and GNC are among the fastest growing consumer brands in India in the beauty and wellness space. Ananta Capital is building its entire bouquet of FMCG brands under the ‘Guardian’ brand identity. 

Kapoor comes with 15+ years of leadership experience in the FMCG sector. Previously, he headed marketing for key brands in Nestle, a leading global player in chocolates & confectionary category having brands such as KitKat, Milkybar, BarOne to its credit. Kapoor also brings international experience of having led the Cocoa Malt Beverage business for Nestle in West & Central Africa with brands like MILO and Nesquik. Before Nestle, Kapoor worked with SC Johnson and ITC in key roles in their marketing divisions. With an established track record of success in the field of brand management, marketing and strategic planning, he will be overseeing the entire marketing function for all FMCG brands of Ananta Capital.
